* 15 day exchange only or store credit AFTER you receive your order.
* All merchandise returned in New Condition, therefor: unwashed, unaltered, and original tags attached.
* Merchandise Will Not be Returned if worn, has an odor of any kind , pet hair attached, makeup, deodorant, any other stains, and damages.
* Our Final Sale items are:
White items, sale items, All Accessories (clearance including hat wear), undergarments. These items are not available for exchange or store credit.
* WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR STOLEN OR UNCLAIMED OR LOST PACKAGES.
* Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees. Shipping Charges to send back the package is non-refundable.

Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items:
Thoroughly check the package, upon receipt. If you believe your items are defective, incorrect, or missing first send an email to support@imperfectlydivine.com with a picture of items received and a brief description that includes the order number. Then upon receipt of your email, our staff will either call/text/ or email you back.
