Shipping policy
Hello! Thank you for taking the time to shop at Imperfectly Divine Boutique! We strive to make your customer experience a pleasurable one, as well as, the shipping process.
There are shipping options at checkout. Please note that the shipping rates are weight-based.
Order Fulfillment
We ship from our home office 48 hours within purchase approval. Orders received on holidays and weekends will be shipped the following business day. If the holiday lands in the middle of the week then we will ship within 48 hours of purchase approval.
* Please be patient during sale events, bad weather, and the holiday season as we do expect order fulfillment and shipping delays. If there are any expected delays regarding your order we will notify you. Please allow up to 10 days for your order to arrive.
Owner Vacation
If the owner is on vacation the packages will ship the day after her return.
Custom, Duties, and Taxes
Imperfectly Divine Boutique is not responsible for Custom, Duties, and Taxes for further information please contact your local custom office. As of right now, we do not ship internationally.
Carriers
We currently ship through USPS and UPS.
After the shipment is delivered to the carrier, Imperfectly Divine Boutique is NOT LIABLE for Lost, Damaged, or Stolen items.
Tracking
Tracking numbers will be provided, after check out, through the email address provided.
Returned Packages
* Please enter the correct deliver address for your order. Any returned packages will be subject to shipping fees.
* Shipping cost will NOT be refunded on returned items.
